Shipping Methods and Costs
Gift-Wrapped Elegance
All orders from MichelleGarcia.co are elegantly gift-wrapped in our signature packaging and shipped securely in a neutral cardboard box to ensure your purchase arrives in pristine condition.
Delivery Methods (domestic)
MichelleGarcia.co offers the following delivery methods:
- Express Delivery: 1 to 3 working days
- Standard Delivery: 4-7 working days
Express Delivery
USPS and FedEx are our primary carriers for express deliveries. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. For security reasons, your order will be delivered against a signature. The carrier will make three delivery attempts. If the third attempt is unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
Multiple Shipments
Please note that items in your order may be shipped separately at no additional cost. In this case, you will receive a confirmation email for each shipment with a dedicated tracking number. If you have any further questions, please contact our Client Service team at Info@MichelleGarcia.co.
Delivery Days
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. FedEx offers a delivery rescheduling service for your convenience.
Important Information
Delivery Address Modification
Once your order has been confirmed, you will no longer be able to modify your delivery address. As all orders are processed automatically, we are unable to change shipping and delivery times.
Package Condition
Upon delivery, please ensure that the package is not damaged in any way. Any external damage must be immediately reported in writing on the carrier's delivery documents, under your signature, indicating the condition of the parcel (e.g., damaged parcel, open box).
